If you have a problem (other than that due to normal wear, mishandling, or accident) with an item within 30 days of buying it from us, please bring it back and we will do our best to make it right.

For returns not due to a problem with the item, there may be a modest re-stocking fee.

Please note: We are not doing online sales at this time. But you can see the string sets we currently carry, all at discounted prices comparable to online prices. Most  brands can be purchased as single strings, as well.
